I’m a Mom and a personal trainer specialising in postnatal fitness, offering personalised health, nutrition and fitness programmes designed to help support and empower new Moms like you on your journey to regain strength and confidence. I completely understand the unique challenges and joys that come with motherhood!
Being a Mom is a beautiful experience, but it can also be overwhelming, leaving little time for self-care but my packages allow you to prioritise your fitness without the hassle of finding childcare or making it to the gym. Each one is meticulously crafted to provide you with everything you need to thrive. Whether you’re navigating the changes of a postpartum body or adjusting to life as a new Mom all plans are tailored to your body and your needs.
It’s really important to recognise that your body undergoes significant changes during and after pregnancy. From fatigue to changes in body composition and pelvic floor issues, so it’s essential that you approach your fitness regime with care; we’re not talking about quick fix diets or intense exercise regimes here, but training that focuses on gradual, safe and effective methods. Paying special attention to core and pelvic floor retraining, body confidence, weight loss and overall fitness tailored to your body’s unique needs. By encompassing progressive workouts combined with nutritional guidance we can ensure your journey is safe, fun and transformative.
