Pilates & Strength for Moms

Pilates meets meets progressive strength training in a combination that was made for the postpartum body. Controlled movement, breath and deep core activation lays the foundation — then we build on it, adding weights to develop real, functional strength that carries you through the demands of motherhood. The result is better posture, a stronger core, less back pain and a body that feels capable again. Sessions are adapted entirely to you — your stage, your recovery, your goals.
